If you choose Nutrisystem’s Diabetes specialty plan, you will still need to choose one of the four main diet plans. Also, the prices of Nutrisystem’s Diabetes specialty plan will be the same as someone who chooses a non-specialty plan.
As far as the Vegetarian plan goes, you don’t need to choose one of the four main diet plans and the prices are the same as someone on the “Uniquely Yours” plan.

Nutrisystem prices can range from $284.99 to $389.99 per month for women. For Men, the cost can be anywhere from $324.99 to $429.99 per month. These prices can increase drastically if you choose “One Time Delivery” versus “Auto Delivery”.

Nutrisystem Cost Add-ons:
The cost doesn’t stop at Nutrisystem diet plans; you’ll still need to purchase your own fruits and vegetables as these are not included.
Also, you’ll be practicing portion control and healthy eating on your own. Nutrisystem calls it “Flex Meals” — these are meals and snacks that you will prepare and cook for yourself following Nutrisystem guidelines and/or their recipes.
Another important thing worth noting is food menu customization is available for the Core, Uniquely Yours and Uniquely Yours Plus plans. If you subscribe to the “Basic” plan and would like control or customization over your food menu, you’ll need to pay an additional $25 per month.
Counseling will also cost an additional $19.99 per month if you subscribe to the “Basic Plan”. Otherwise, counseling is free if you are on the Core, Uniquely Yours or Uniquely Yours Plus plan.
Nutrisystem Cost at Walmart and Costco
Although Walmart doesn’t sell Nutrisystem diet plans, they do offer a variety of food and meal kits. This is a great option for those who would like to have an idea of what Nutrisystem meals taste like before making a commitment. The cost of Nutrisystem meals at Walmart will vary based on your selection but they are generally around $4 – $100.
Over at Costco, they don’t sell any Nutrisystem diet plans or meals. However, if you’re a Costco member, you can purchase a$100 Nutrisystem Gift Card for $79.99. You can stack up to 5 Max Nutrisystem gift cards at Costco and redeem them at the official Nutrisystem website. Costco memberships range from $60 -$120 annually but this is a great way to save on Nutrisystem, if you’re a Costco member.
